Returns and Refund Policy
Please click on our "Contact Us" page to start the return/refund process.
We will require pictures of the faulty item.

Returns:

  1. We accept returns within [number of days] days of the delivery date.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the return has been approved or rejected for your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [10 business days].

Exchanges:

  1. As we ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located all around the world, we unfortunately cannot facilitate exchanges so please ensure the specs of the product as well as the sizing is suitable before placing an order.
  2. If the product is faulty/incorrect, you will need to follow the returns process in order to receive a refund. You will then need to purchase the correct item/size as a new order.
